Bolton.Boyer llega a Bolivia mediante el Estudio Jurídico Ipiña Nagel Grupo Legal, con Mauricio Ipiña como socio fundador de Bolton.Boyer. Al mismo tiempo Mauricio Ipiña es socio director/managing partner de Bolton.Boyer Bolivia quien está acompañado de un equipo de trabajo conformado por prestigiosos profesionales del Derecho.

El Estudio Jurídico Ipiña Nagel Grupo Legal se fundó en el año 2005 con la finalidad de prestar servicios legales en el ámbito corporativo y societario.

Actualmente la firma trabaja con clientes nacionales y extranjeros, brindándoles apoyo profesional integral en derecho comercial, civil, laboral, de seguros, marcario, financiero y resolución de conflictos (arbitraje doméstico e internacional).
